Thigpen’s Professionals, LLC was founded in the Spring of 2011. At the crux of its inception is the philosophy which drives the budding institution — to build stronger families and enhance the overall health of the community by infusing sustainability and growth through tailored professional development services that will empower individuals in their professional and personal lives.

The initial business strategy of TP centered on staffing; helping skilled professionals to secure meaningful work in a slumping economy. Our innovative recruitment services included Outplacement and Corporate Wellness programs which further emphasized our pledge to the professional and cultural advancement of our clients. These packages garnered a tremendous amount of attention and would eventually influence a shift in our concentration.

Now, our focus is more refined. With the core principles intact, we now offer distinctive professional development and coaching programs that will ultimately empower professionals to break barriers and forge legacies rich with prosperity and personal fulfillment.
